ENFORCE THE NEUTRALITY TREATY NOW!

As an American citizen and registered voter, I support the following Congressional action;

 The 112th Congress of the United States must act immediately to enforce the Neutrality Treaty. It is in the interest of the safety and sovereignty of the United States to take control of the Panama Canal away from the Red Chinese. This is in accordance with the DeConcini Reservation found in the Treaty signed with the Government of Panama.

 I join Edwin Pierson, Executive Director of the American Defense Center, and its members in my expectation that you will take immediate action to enforce the Neutrality Treaty and protect America’s national security.
